Abstract

: In this paper, procedures to design a fuzzy logic controller are presented. The effects of changing the fuzzy parameters after a controller is designed with a satisfactory response are studied. This study will give a better understanding for the effect of the fuzzy parameters on a controller performance. To support the conclusions, two different controllers were designed to control the speed of an induction motor in two different methods. A comparative study for the same controller with parameters change is also presented.
