The objective of this paper is to investigate the
dependencies between signal's temporal delay versus the
change of pressure and length Lz at pneumatic
installations. A mathematical model of an unsteady
adiabatic gas flow in small diameter pipeline is proposed.
An adequate numerical algorithm and computer packages
incorporated in the software TLFLOW are developed.
Numerical simulations of the unsteady flow phenomena
in the pneumatic systems with local resistance are
performed and analyzed.
