Special Issue on Computational Regulatory Genomics

Manuscript submissions are invited for a special issue of The International Journal of Computational Bioscience, an open access journal featuring research articles that combine biological and computational research to enhance the scientific understanding of life.

The special issue will feature articles on the topic of Computational Regulatory Genomics, the field which studies elements that serve as the genomic ‘control system,’ determining how, when and where to activate the ‘blueprint’ encoded in the genome. An important goal of computational regulatory genomics is the construction of genomic regulatory encyclopedias and networks.

We are seeking high quality manuscripts in all areas of computational regulatory genomics. Original research articles as well as review articles will be considered. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically in PDF or Word format to Lonnie Welch. All submitted papers will be sent out for peer-review of originality, relevance, significance, and readability.
