Simulation of the Robotization Process of Heat Exchanger Welding

This project studies the accomplishment of the integral robotization of the process of welding elbows in the manufacture of heat exchangers, to contribute to the complete automation of the process. As work prior to the construction of the tool, the graph simulation of the process was conducted, using a computer simulation software graph, which permitted the most adequate robot to be selected, the existing collisions to be analyzed and the process for each of the templates, as well as their paths, to be optimized.
