Robust Synchronization of Uncertain Chaotic Systems based on Fuzzy Disturbance Observer

This paper presents a robust synchronization of uncertain chaotic systems with external disturbance using a fuzzy disturbance observer (FDOB). In order to recover the properties of the nominal system, the FDOB compensates for the uncertainties and the disturbance. The FDOB is mod ified to achieve high precision by dealing with the disturbance reconstruction error. In additioin, a state error feed back control law is proposed to make the synchronization error converge to zero and its robust performance is obtained based on the Lyapunov method. A numerical sim ulation is illustrated to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
