The virtual three-dimensional geographical informa tion system (GIS) for radar coverage prediction and visu alization is presented in this paper. The applied method ology for virtual reality (VR) and GIS integration, as well as applied matematical model are described. Software architecture of the system is also described in detail and some examples of 2D and 3D simulation are given.
