Analysis of Dynamic Conditions of the Marine Synchronous Generators

Use of electrical energy on board ship has been defined by a set of requirements which differ from those under stationary conditions (adjustment of operation under the conditions of ship/s rolling, inclining and heaving, limitation of masses and equipment dimensions, adjustment of operation under quick changes of operating regime...). Since testing and checking of the electric power system is difficult to be carried out under operating conditions, relevant mathematical models shall be applied. Dynamics of parallel operation of the marine synchronous generators has been analyzed during operation in case of sudden increase or decrease of loading in electric power system by application of mathematical model MatLab.
