Design of Networked Control System for Multiple Plants with Time Varying Delays

In the networked control systems, the main design consid eration is the transmission delays which are inevitable and may degrade the system performance or even the stability. This paper has proposed a compensation method for net worked control multiple systems with time-varying delays by using LMI-based delay-dependent optimization. The network induced time-varying delays are described by a Markov chain. Some simulations have been applied to two magnetic levitation systems to exemplify the performance of the proposed method.
