This article presents a dynamic model of the behavior of e-commerce servers, which operate cyclically under both normal and failure conditions. The metrics provided by the model are the throughput, the response time and the utilization of devices. The architecture of the server modeled is based on a simple fault-tolerant cluster made up of two computers sharing a disk cabinet. There is full communication redundancy between the computers and the cabinet. The e-commerce application used to carry out the modeling is the TPC-W benchmark
