An architecture that allows stereoscopic scientific visuali sation to be distributed across the grid is presented. As the quantity of data generated by scientists increases so does the need for tools to analyse and interpret that data: visual isation is one such tool. The architecture presented allows resources distributed across the grid to be brought together and allows scientists to build effective stereoscopic visuali sations that can provide insight and help in the understand ing of the data being analysed.
