The contribution deals with the application of the dual YK (YoulaKucera) parameterisation of a laboratory CSTR (Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor) identifica tion. The strategy of the closedloop identification is based on a recursive identification of the dual YK pa rameter of the plant and subsequent calculation of a new YK parameter of the controller. This YK param eter is determined via a non-conventional LQ control design where squared derivative of the manipulated variable and control error are considered.
