The role of nonlinear wave processes of radiation and propagation of elastic oscillations in complex media in improving the quality of data processing of physical experiments is analyzed. The efficiency of such an approach is illustrated on examples of measurement of parameters of seismic waves and analysis of their temporal dynamics with allowance for the lunar-solar tides.
