The goal of the paper is to propose a new algorithm of detecting moving small targets for sequence of stereo images, registered by two moving cameras. The feature of the algorithm is that it is oriented to the situation when the image of background is not stationary and it is changing more slowly then movement of the target. Main tasks were to exclude perspective distortions caused by the cameras movement and to reveal new possibilities, which arise in simultaneous processing of such coupled quasistationary sequences for qualitative improvement of the probability of object detection and for finding the movement trajectory in a 3D space.
