In this paper, we propose a novel image hiding scheme to hide a secret-image into a host-image such that an unin tended observer will not aware of the hidden secret-image. By exploring the property of block similarity between the host-image and secret-image, the image quality of the re sulting stego-image can be greatly improved. Experimen tal results demonstrate that the resulting stego-image has high peak signal-to-noise ratio and the visual quality of the stego-image is indistinguishable from the original host image.
