In general, m-learning intersects mobile computing with e-learning; it combines individualized learning with anytime and anywhere learning, Mobile devices have a potential to change the way of students behave and interact with each other. Based on constructivist knowledge analysis of tasks, the paper presents how to implement individual mobile-based knowledge construction system. In addition, this research is to develop a m-WAKC system to help users when they seek information from the Internet for constructing their own knowledge. Essentially, Users have more opportunities to revise their concepts and enhance their understanding while using the m-WAKC system as a knowledge retrieval tool for individual knowledge construction.
