Speed Control with Slip Regulation of Induction Motor Drives with Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation Technique

This paper presents design and implement a voltage source inverter type Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) for control a speed with slip regulation of induction motor. This scheme leads to be able to adjust the speed of the motor by control the frequency and amplitude of the stator voltage, the ratio of stator voltage to frequency should be kept constant. The model of control system are implemented matlab/simulink program and is then downloaded to DSP board with dS1104. The PI cascade controller is also introduced to control a speed to be constant when the load varies.
