Simulation based Control Program Verification in an Automobile Industry

In this paper, we proposed an approach to verify the controller logics of an automobile industry using simulation. For this purpose, we proposed state based object mode to make virtual car body assembly line and also proposed a verification methodology from the observed signal sequences during simulation. We applied to real PLC application in car body assembly line and ascertained the effectiveness of proposed system.
