Realization of Interpolated FFT Algorithm on DSP for Accurate Harmonic Analysis

The purpose of this paper is to realize the accurate parameter estimation for harmonics by the digital signal processor (DSP). Parameters of harmonics include frequencies, amplitudes, and phases that can be found by the interpolated FFT, which determines accurate results. Owing to high performance of calculation, the process time can be reduced in DSP applications, and the real time analysis, process, and display will be reached.
