A new method is proposed to reduce the non-physical ef fects in PIC method. The method is demonstrated by the example of simulation of recombination of positive and negative ions in the RF discharge. Parallelization is per formed by domain decomposition method. Supercomputer experiments show good parallelization ef´Čüciency.
