In this paper we formulate the problem of the optimal equilibrium evolution of a national economy based on the Branson dynamic model of macroeconomic assets and a commodity-flow. This problem was solved by the approach of the parametrical regulation theory. We researched the dependence of optimal values of a criterion of the problem of optimal evolution of a national economy on unregulated parameters.
