Microbial depolymerization processes of polyethylene glycol are studied. A mathematical model is described for exogenous type depolymerization processes. The molecular factor of the degradation rate is the solution of an inverse problem. The time factor of the degradation rate is the microbial population. Those factors are determined numerically. The transition of the weight distribution is simulated by solving an initial value problem.
