Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) is an educational system which attempts to optimize the student learning process. Although several approaches have been constructed for ITS, enhancing students' emotional intelligence has not been considered so far. In this paper we will introduce a new approach, the PANDA.TUTOR to achieve this goal. It considers the student's personality type during the learning process. Our approach is actually realized with the help of AI Planning techniques. The planning technique plays two main roles in building a personalized pedagogical module; firstly, a dialog with the student is established to improve the student's emotional intelligence. Secondly, an appropriate scenario is selected and a course is generated for the selected concept according to the students' state.
