An Apparatus to Affect Hemodynamics by Applying Single-frequency Mechanical Stimuli

To observe the effect of mechanical vibration wave on hemodynamics, we designed an apparatus to raise its transmission efficiency based on 2 concepts: media and frequency match. We performed animal experiment and found significant changed on heart rate variability. It illustrates that due to our design principle, our weak stimulation can affect the cardiac rhythm. It may open a new direction for studying the effect of mechanical force on circulatory system.
