A Novel Image Authentication Technique based on Fixed Point of Regular Stochastic Matrix

Due to the variety of user’s needs for digital information in current society, such that the vast amount of digital images widely spread on the Internet. The issue of image authentication is emphasized more and more in order to avoid the digital images from malice or non-malice distorted. In the current studies, quite a few of additional data for authentication are needed. In this paper, the image authentication data being derived by using the property of regular stochastic matrix shall close to a fixed point. We will show our method how to reach the purpose of determining the integrity of image, and also to locate the tampered region. The most important is our method produce the small amount of additional authentication data to archive image authentication.
